ORDER

Mr.S.R.Rajagopal, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents submitted that now a proceeding has been issued by the Assistant Commissioner, Urban Land Tax, Alandur Zone, Chennai to the Tahsildar, Sholinganallur Taluk, Sholinganallur vide Rc.No.117/2001/B dated 26.2.2019 requesting the Tahsildar to take necessary action for the mutation of records and issue conditional patta to Mr.G.Pappaiah, the petitioner herein for the land held by him in S.No.174/2 (part) of Madipakkam Village, subject to the outcome of the W.A.No.284 of 2018 already filed by the Government. Therefore, the learned Additional Advocate General requested the petitioner's counsel Mr.A.Jenasenan to furnish the following documents to his office for being scanned and uploaded through the website to the office of Tahsildar, Sholinganallur:

(i) Encumbrance certificate (ii)Xerox copies of the parent documents, if the originals are not available, for the land purchased by the petitioner (iii)Sale deed in original Once the Tahsildar receives all the aforementioned documents, on verification, within 24 hours, the petitioner will be issued with the patta in respect of the land held by him.

2. Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Advocate General, granting a week's time to the

petitioner to upload all the aforementioned documents, this contempt petition stands closed.
