2. Today, this case is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.11159 of 2021.

3. After hearing the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the learned standing counsel for the second respondent and the learned counsel for the third respondent, Paragraph No.7 shall be substituted as follows:- "7. ..... However, it appears that the petitioner's vendor had received the compensation. The third respondent, Tamil Nadu Housing Board is proposing to file a SLP against the order of the dismissal of the review application before the Hon'ble Supreme Court."
