first respondent to issue no objection certificate to the third respondent facilitating the petitioner to get electricity connection to the Aavin outlet constructed by the second respondent at Gingee Bus Stop (Near) Tindivanam Villupuram District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, as the petitioner's husband has decided to contest in the local body election, she does not want any land from the second respondent.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
