ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue seeking direction to the respondents to produce her daughter Deepa, aged about 17 years before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the victim girl has been traced out by the Investigating Police officials and she has been produced before the learned Sessions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judge (Mahila Court), Cuddalore. After enquiring the girl, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Cuddalore, felt that in the interest of safety and security of the child, the victim child must be produced before the Child Welfare Committee for necessary orders.
