This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to to modify the condition in Crl.O.P.No.3699 of 2026 dated 20.02.2026 as to report before the Judicial Magistrate Court at Sholingur at 10.30 a.m instead of Sub-Inspector of Police, Sholingur Police Station.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) strongly opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioner has not all comply with the conditions imposed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has visiting the police station, the authorities refused to give the note. The said contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is stoutly opposed by the learned Government Advocate.

4. Considering the totality of the circumstances and also taking into account of the pendency of the case against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to consider this petition.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 26.03.2026 mp 2 / 4
