ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioners seek an early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.133 of 2020, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambattur.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 1 and 2 in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents 1 and 2 is dispensed with by this Court. Mr.V.Balakrishnan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the pleadings of the respective parties are complete and the suit is ripe for trial. The petitioners contend that the suit filed by the respondents 1 and 2 is a frivolous suit. Earlier, the petitioners have filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC seeking rejection of plaint and the same was dismissed by the trial court. Now, the petitioners seek an early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.133 of 2020 on the file of District Munsif Court, Page No.2 of 4

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the District Munsif Court, Ambattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.133 of 2020, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the District Munsif Court, Ambattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.133 of 2020, within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
