This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.02.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that this petitioner had purchased a lorry from the opposite party and has paid some money to the opposite party.
4. It is alleged by the petitioner in the complaint that the opposite party has taken away the lorry. The complaint dated 07.02.2015 does not even state, on which day the lorry was taken. It appears that this dispute is with regard to non payment of dues. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
With the above observation, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
