This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the docket order dated 08.01.2015 made in O.S.No.2608 of 2013 on the file of the III Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier the matter was referred to Mediation and subsequently, the matter was sent back to the Court. He further submitted that even though the docket order passed on 08.01.2015 has been challenged, now he sought for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.2608 of 2013.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the typed set of papers.
4.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, I am of the view that it is a fit case to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.2608 of 2013 as early as possible. Accordingly, the Presiding Officer, III Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.2608 of 2013 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving fair opportunity to both sides.
5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
