This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate to enable the petitioner to obtain duplicate sale deed for the sale deed Nos. 1)1209/1998. 2)1210/1998, 3)1211/1998 and 4)2401/19998 at office of the Sub-Registrar, Pollachi by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint online on 29.11.2018 before the 3rd respondent police for tracing certain missing documents. But no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent police till now. Hence the present petition has been filed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue a non-traceable certificate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
