(CR.NO.70/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order passed in Criminal MP.No.3299 of 2022 in Criminal OP.NO.4040/2022 dated 23/03/2022 (ie) that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court CBCID, Egmore daily at 10.30 am and pass suitable orders therefore the nature and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T. I. RAMANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4040 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation has not yet completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer twice in a month i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
