(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. The petitioner also seeks liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

2. Leave is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.10841 and 10842 of 2023 is closed.

3. The petitioner may take recourse to the alternate remedy as may be permissible under law. In that event, all contentions are kept open.
