This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.32269 of 2022 dated 10.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
