2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the main suit itself was dismissed and. therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to restore this Civil Revision Petition, if the suit restored. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
