O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 01.06.2017 seeking permission to conduct cultural programme in Arulmigu Sri Siundara Vinayagar koil to be held at Maruthampakkam, Egambaranallur post, Ranipet, Vellore District, scheduled to be held on 14/06/2017 from 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondent on 01.06.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 14.06.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today. 3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017, by order dated 03.03.2017, in similar circumstances, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 10.06.2017.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
