The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the revision petitioner seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, to dispose of the injunction application filed by the petitioner in I.A. No.1561 of 2014 in O.S. No.953 of 2014 , within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The Principal District Munsif, Alandur, is now required to dispose of the injunction application filed by the petitioner in I.A. No.1561 of 2014 in O.S. No.953 of 2014, within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order, at any rate, not later than July, 2022.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
