O R D E R

(Made by V.Ramasubramanian,J) The petitioner who is the husband of the landlady of a flat bearing No.9/10, Block No.27, LIG Scheme Rani Anna Nagar, K.K.Nagar, Chennai-78 has come up with the above writ petition seeking the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry to initiate action against the second respondent, alleging that the second respondent is guilty of other misconduct.

2. On 1.7.2015, we ordered notice of motion in this writ petition and also permitted private notice. Notice has been served on the second respondent and his name printed in the cause list. Mr.S.Y. Masood, learned Standing Counsel appears for the first respondent.

3. It is stated by Mr.S.Y. Masood, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent that the complaint sent by the petitioner has already been forwarded to the second respondent calling upon him to furnish his response. As soon as the response is received, the complaint as well as the response will be placed before the Scrutiny Committee and thereafter the matter will be placed before the Full Council of the Bar Council.

4. Recording the steps already taken, the writ petition is closed.
