[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] The present miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment dated 22.12.2022 made in Spl.SC.No.7/2021 by the learned Special Judge, Puducherry, 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition.

4.Since the reasons are to the satisfaction of this Court, the above petition is ordered and the production of the certified copy of the judgment dated 22.12.2022 made in Spl.SC.No.7/2021 is dispensed with for the present.

5.It is made clear that the petitioner shall file the certified copy of the judgment as and when he receives the same.
