This application has been filed to include the savings bank account and the bank locker for the purpose of collecting the amount in the savings bank account No.13348 and to access the locker No.587 being operated with the bank.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that after obtaining the succession certificate, the bank demanded succession certificate in respect of the savings bank account and the bank locker. Hence, prays to include the same in the succession certificate and issue extension of succession certificate.

3. Considering the averments in the affidavit filed along with the application, this application is Ordered.

The registry is directed to issue amended succession certificate by including the savings bank account and the locker.
