This civil revision petition is filed for a direction to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2014.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2014 against the respondent under Sections 12 and 13 (v) of The Hindu Marriage Act r/w Section 44 of the Evidence Act. The respondent filed her counter on 01.08.2014. K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J.

3. Mr.R.Gururaj, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is repeatedly taking adjournments in H.M.O.P., pressing the petition filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. The learned counsel further submitted that the delay in disposal is causing great hardship and mental agony to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Subordinate Judge, Panruti shall dispose of H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.
