Order The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Execution Petition in EP.No.1080/2025 itself was dismissed on 22.04.2026, by the learned XXVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, for not taking steps and therefore, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the miscellaneous petition. The learned counsel also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition is closed at the SR stage.
