The present revision is filed by the husband, to direct the learned Sub Court, Poonamallee, to dispose of the divorce petition filed by him in H.M.O.P.No.347 of 2018, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Sub Judge, Poonamallee is now required to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.347 of 2018, pending on the file, within a period of six months preferably by December 2022.
