This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action upon petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2020 before granting agricultural electricity service connection pond situated at Survey No.59/2,
Kombuthottam, Paapampalayam Village, Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District in favour of the fourth respondent.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent was attempting to take water using High Electricity Power from the pond, detrimental to the interest of the petitioner's agricultural activity and therefore, she has submitted a representation on 04.12.2020 to the respondents 1 to
3. Since no action was forthcoming, she is before this Court with the above prayer.
3. The affidavit filed in this writ petition, is bald and bereft of any coherence and from the entirety of the averments, it could be seen that the petitioner appears to have personal grudge against the fourth respondent. In order to settle her personal score, the petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction which has to be discountenanced and rejected outright.
4. This Court is also unable to understand that what exactly is the grievance of the petitioner. But, this Court could reasonably come to a conclusion that the petitioner is having some ill motive against the fourth respondent and in a personal fight between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, the petitioner is attempting to invoke the constitutional jurisdiction of this Court, which attempt by the petitioner must be deprecated and must be rejected at the threshold.
5. For the above said reasons, this Court finds that the writ petition has no specific cause of action disclosed, even remotely. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
