Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner on June 2018 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.4291/2012/A dated 28.05.2018 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court by affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted in this case, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner suffered an adverse order at the hands of the second respondent on 28.05.2018. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent in June, 2018.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, it has not been disposed of, the petitioner has after all availed a statutory remedy, the first respondent ought to have given disposal by then.

5. Be that as it may, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case. The first respondent, of course, has to put all the interested parties on notice before passing the final orders.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Vacation Officer //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ms/mk
