ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 21.07.2016 passed in W.P. No.25389 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the communication sent to the office of the Government Pleader by the Tahsildar, Thiruvallur District, dated 18.09.2018, wherein it has been stated that the encroachment has been removed.

In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed.
