Respondents This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. The learned counsel for the appellant Ms.C.Bhuvanasundari and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4, Ms.N.Geetha are present. No appearance for the 5th respondent. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they

arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows: TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Both the parties and their respective counsel are present. 2.Mr.G.B.Saravana Bhavan, Area Manager, appearing on behalf of the Appellant and the learned counsel for the Appellant seek permission to withdraw the present C.M.A.No.2038 of 2018. Mr.G.B.Saravana Bhavan, Area Manager of the Appellant company also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.The Appellant represented that the entire award amount as per the award of the Tribunal has already been deposited before the Tribunal. Therefore, the Claimants/Respondents 1 to 4 are entitled to withdraw the same, as per the apportionment made by the Tribunal. 4.In view of the endorsement made by the Area Manager of the Appellant, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
