PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, directing the respondent herein to file the final report concerned in Crime No.506 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to file the final report in Crime No.506 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.506 of 2021for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, has been completed and the final report is made ready. He would submit that the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of six months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.506 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
