This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that an earlier case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.336 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 314, 316, 318, 322 and 351(2) of BNS. For the purpose of enquiry in the said case, the petitioner was called for enquiry. However, he would submit that the presence of the petitioner is not required for further enquiry in the said case. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition is disposed of.
