This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.4171 of 2023 dated 27.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
