Crl.M.P.No.7480 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.398 of 2023 V.SIVAGNANAM, J.

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition that was imposed by this court, while ordering return of his vehicle in para 9(iii) of the order made in Crl.R.C.No.398 of 2023, dated 13.03.2023 that he shall execute a bond for Rs.7 lakhs before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) submitted that as per the condition imposed by this Court, the petitioner has executed bond for a sum of Rs.7 lakhs.

3. Accepting the above said submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court for withdrawing this criminal miscellaneous petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement.

4. Considering the submission and endorsement of the learned counsel for petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
