..Respondent(s) PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to act on the petitioner applications vide Application No.2024/0123/06/004838 dated 16.07.2024 and application No.2026/0123/06/001733 dated 28.02.2026 seeking to survey, fix boundaries with respect to petitioner's land comprised in survey No.32/3B2, situated in Melathikan Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, and Tiruvannamalai District with police assistance if required and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, based on her online application dated 28.02.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted an online application on 28.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5. No prejudice will be caused to the second respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing
the objections of the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom they deem it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom they deem it fit to enquire.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the second respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
No Costs.
