This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Coimbatore to dispose of E.A.No.10 of 2013 in C.C.No.138 of 2011.

2.The petitioners filed C.C.No.138 of 2011 before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Coimbatore, under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. After contest, the case was allowed on 13.08.2012. Based on the order, the petitioners filed E.A.No.10 of 2013 for recovery of the amount.

3.Mr.N.Ishtiaq Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the order passed in C.C.No.138 of 2011 has attained finality and the application filed by the petitioners have been unnecessarily adjourned by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. 4.Considering the facts of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Coimbatore to dispose of E.A.No.10 of 2013 in C.C.No.138 of 2011, on merits and in

accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
