2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The detenue has been produced by the second respondent. She informs that though she is married she prefers to stay with the petitioner/her father as she is not happy with the marriage which had been conducted against her wish by her parents.

4. Recording such submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
