3.P.Rajamanickam ..Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2017 sent as against the 3rd respondent for encroachment made an adjacent Government land, situated in Nathamur village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Villupuram District comprised in Survey No.172, to an extent of Acre 1.20 cents.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to invoke the provisions under the Right to Information Act, 2005, to find out about the status of his representation submitted to the respondents 1 and 2 and also to avail the Common Law remedy. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
