O R D E R
The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 324 & 506 (ii) of IPC, in Crime No.1453 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and his father and brother abused the de-facto complainant and his brother with filthy language and attacked them by using a stick. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier this Court had dismissed the Anticipatory Bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.9594 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020. He further submitted that there is no change in circumstances. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
