Selvaraj ... Respondent This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. The learned counsel for the Appellant Mr. J. Melwin Jabaz for Mr. S. Vijayakumar. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant and the appellant have appeared before this Court and submitted that the matter is settled between the parties amicably and nothing survives for adjudication, and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal. To that effect, the learned counsel for the appellant and the appellant have also made an endorsement in the case bundle. 2.
Recording the above submissions and endorsements made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the appellant, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the facts there shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 3.
In view of the Second Appeal settled between the parties out of the Court, the appellant is at liberty to withdraw the Court fee in accordance with law.
