2. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent-State would submit that investigation in Crime No.38 of 2021 is already over and charge sheet had already been filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Court.

4. Having heard the learned Government Advocate and considering the development in the trial, this court is of the view that the investigation cannot be stalled at this stage as no ground is made out to quash the proceedings.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
