This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Special Court for trial of offences under TNPID Act, Coimbatore to dispose of the petition in CMP.No.482 of 2020 within the time frame as stipulated by this Court as expeditiously as possible.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, learned Special Court for trial of offences under TNPID Act, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the petition in CMP.No.482 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
