Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to forward Domestic Incident Report prepared on the basis of petitioner's petition dated 20.03.2021 and 27.03.2021 to Jurisdictional Magistrate namely Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to forward Domestic Incident Report prepared on the basis of petitioner's petition dated 20.03.2021 and 27.03.2021 to Jurisdictional Magistrate namely Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner appeared for enquiry and in fact, the report is ready and it has not been forwarded to the jurisdictional magistrate, namely Judicial Magistrate Arakkonam.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to forward the domestic incident report, if any, preferred by her to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arokkonam within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
