ORDER

This Court, vide order dated 22.08.2025, referred this matter to Tamil Nadu Mediation & Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, enabling the parties to resolve their disputes amicably.

2. On 04.12.2025, in the presence of Mediator, a settlement agreement was arrived at between the parties. The parties have agreed to for mutual consent by filing petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, and also agreed to withdraw the O.P.No.32 of 2025, on the file of Cuddalore Family Court.

3. Recording the said settlement agreement dated 04.12.2025, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
