This application is filed for seeking approval to the appointment of a new Trustee in the place of the deceased Trustee viz.K.Muthuswamy.

3.This Court hereby grants its approval to the appointment of Mr.T.Vijayakumar, S/o.S.Thirunavukkarasu as a Trustee of the Erukkanchery Munuswamy Mudaliar Charities, having its office at No.115, N.S.C.Bose Road, Chennai 600 079 in the place of deceased K.Muthuswamy.

4.This application is allowed accordingly.
