2. Mr.K.M.Gokulesh representing the wife/respondent states that he is going to take steps to restore the Domestic Violence Case (DVC) proceedings. On such restoration, Mr.A.Praveen will be entitled to restore this revision.

3. With the above liberty, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
