Respondent(s) PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent and the 2nd respondent herein to consider the representation dated 23.08.2024 and consequently direct them to survey the petitioner's land situated at Krishnagiri District, Krishnagiri Taluk, Karadihalli Village in Survey No.125/1 to an extent of 0.53.50 acers in patta No.2176 and to lay boundary stones with in a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 27.06.2024 and to conduct the survey in the subject property and demarcate the boundaries by fixing the boundary stones with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The petitioner is placing reliance upon the Release Deed dated 14.04.2022 registered as Document No.1808/2022. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the Patta issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.2176. The petitioner submitted an application for survey and for fixing the boundary stones. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

3/5 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 27.06.2024 and conduct the survey in line with the title document and the patta that has already been issued in the name of the petitioner. The said process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
