2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in Para.No.5 of the order dated 16.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10545 of 2020, it has been wrongly reflected to deposit a sum of Rs.1 lakh instead of Rs.10,000/-.

3.In view of the above submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the 5th paragraph of the order dated 16.07.2020 to be read as follows:

"5.It is seen that there is no previous case pending against the petitioners and in order to curb the illegal sand mining activities, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) as non-refundable deposit to The Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund, Indian Overseas Bank, SB A/c.No.117201000000070, IFSC No.IOBA0001172 without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.

4.The other conditions of the order dated 16.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10545 of 2020 shall stand unaltered.
