ORDER
The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.31 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. In compliance with the order dated 26.06.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner has effected Paper publication in one issue of Malai Murasu Kovai edition dated 02.07.2025. However, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent even today. Hence, the respondent is called and set ex-parte.
3. The petitioner/wife is a resident of Mettupalayam, Coimbatore and expressing inconvenience to travel long distances to attend the proceedings before the Subordinate Court, Udumalpet, the petitioner has come forward with this Transfer petition.
4. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of this transfer petition.
5. I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for transfer as prayed for. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in HMOP.No.31 of 2022 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet and Page No.2 of 4
transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
