Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit accompanying this petition, this Miscellaneous Petition seeking to condone the delay of 833 days in filing the Writ Appeal is ordered, as prayed for on condition that the Appellant pays a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand only) to "Kaakkum Karangal"(Near https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
