O.P.No.476 of 2019 A.No.2490 of 2023 in O.P.No.476 of 2019 K.KUMARESH BABU.J This application had been filed seeking permission to the applicants to sell the Judge's summon scheduled property.

Mr.T.M.Hariharan, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants would submit that this Court had granted Letters of Administration to the property and credits of deceased Mrs.R.Jeyalakshmi died intestate on 20.07.2018 in and by order dated 06.02.2020 in O.P.No.476 of 2019. Pursuant to the said order, these applicants have been administering the property. Presently, the applicants had received an offer of Rs.1,09,08,000/- (Rupees One Crore Nine Lakhs Eight Thousand) which according to them is an attractive offer and it would be more beneficial to the applicants. 3. I have considered the arguments made by the learned Counsel for the applicants. This Court, after considering the averments made in the original petition and also the evidence that was recorded in the case had held that the applicants herein had made out a case for grant of letters of administration of the property of the deceased R.Jeyalakshmi. Now, an offer had been received by the applicants from the third party which according to them is a very attractive offer. I find no reasons as to why their application should not be allowed.
