This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition as imposed in the order dated 02.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4898 of 2023 that the petitioner should report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of two months and thereafter on every Wednesday, at 10.30 a.m., for a period of another three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
