2. The learned counsel for the petitioners sought time to vacate the premises and filed an undertaking affidavit seeking six months' time.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents raised strong objections, stating that the petition was moved before the Vacation Court without his knowledge. He further contended that the second respondent is aged about 80 years and that the case has been pending since the year 1996.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, five months' time is granted to vacate the premises.
