JUDGMENT

The learned counsel on either side represented that the parties entered into a settlement between them before the Mediation Centre. The Mediation Centre has also filed a report dated 22.02.2017 to that effect and the same is taken on file and record.

2. The suit is disposed in terms of the settlement entered into between the parties. Mediation report shall form part of record.
