Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records together with subsequent proceedings pertaining to Na.Ka.No.7644/2022/A2 dated 20.12.2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as arbitrary and not in accordance with law consequently, directing the respondents to survey and measure the lands situated in S.F.No.686 and 703 of Vellalore Village, Coimbatore District as per the records maintained by the government and sub divide the subject matter of property with reference to petitioner's land within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
